1. Shipping Information

1.1. Shipping Areas

THE CAROUSEL CLUB currently delivers orders within:

Metropolitan France and the European Union;

International delivery to selected countries (see checkout for available destinations).

1.2. Processing Times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 5 to 10 business days after confirmation of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During exclusive drops or special campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

1.3. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and chosen carrier:

France: 5-10 business days

EU countries: 5-10 business days

International: 8–10 business days (may vary by destination)

These delivery times are indicative. THE CAROUSEL CLUB cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or customs procedures.

1.4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before order confirmation and vary depending on:

the destination country,

the total weight/value of the parcel,

and the selected delivery option.

Free delivery may be offered on certain orders or during promotional campaigns, as indicated on the website.

1.5. Order Tracking

Customers can track their shipment via the tracking link provided in their confirmation email.

2. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing hello@thecarousel.club

with:

your order number,

a description of the issue,

and photos of the item and packaging.

We will investigate with the carrier and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery to request a return without giving any reason.

Include your order number and the items you wish to return.

3.2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, certificates, dust bags, tags, and accessories.

Items must not have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.

Luxury goods (bags, jewelry, watches, accessories) must retain any security seals or authenticity tags attached by THE CAROUSEL CLUB.

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

3.3. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Items that have been customized or altered at the customer’s request;

Items that have been used, damaged, or unsealed after delivery for reasons of hygiene or authenticity;

Gift cards or digital products.

3.4. Return Procedure

Once your return request has been validated by our team:

You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions and the return address.

You must send the item(s) back within 14 days from the date you notified us of the withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of:

defective or incorrect items, or errors attributable to THE CAROUSEL CLUB.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3.5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

In case of withdrawal, THE CAROUSEL CLUB reimburses the item price and initial delivery costs (standard rate only), excluding any additional delivery options selected (express shipping, insurance, etc.).

Please note that refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

As our products are unique and pre-owned, we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning it for a refund and placing a new order for your preferred item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, please contact hello@thecarousel.club

within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos and your order number.

If confirmed, we will offer:

a replacement (if available), or

a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold by THE CAROUSEL CLUB are authentically verified by professional experts before being listed.

Our authenticity seals and documentation must remain intact for any return or refund to be accepted.
