Terms and conditions
ARTICLE 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “CGV”) govern all sales of products made via the website thecarousel.club (the “Site”) to consumers within the meaning of the French Consumer Code.
The Site is operated under the commercial name THE CAROUSEL CLUB by THE BRAND COLLECTOR SAS.
Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these CGV by the Customer.

THE CAROUSEL CLUB is a commercial brand operated by THE BRAND COLLECTOR SAS.
ARTICLE 3 – Products
THE CAROUSEL CLUB offers for sale pre-owned luxury accessories, including but not limited to handbags, watches, jewellery, and small leather goods.
Each product offered for sale is unique, carefully inspected, and authenticated prior to listing. Product pages include detailed descriptions, photographs, condition assessments, and relevant characteristics.
Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur depending on screen settings and lighting conditions and do not constitute defects.
Products are offered subject to availability. In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be informed promptly and refunded in full.
ARTICLE 4 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges, which are displayed before final order validation.
THE BRAND COLLECTOR SAS reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products are invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.
In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, THE BRAND COLLECTOR SAS reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the Customer.
ARTICLE 5 – Orders
5.1 Order Process
To place an order, the Customer must:
Select the desired product and add it to the cart;
Provide the required delivery and contact information;
Review and confirm the order;
Proceed to secure payment.
Once payment is completed, an order confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
5.2 Order Validation
THE BRAND COLLECTOR SAS reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
Non-payment of a previous order;
Suspected fraud;
Abnormal or non-compliant order quantities.
The sale is deemed final only upon full receipt of payment.
ARTICLE 6 – Payment
Payment is made online through secure payment solutions offered on the Site (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other approved providers).
Transactions are secured via SSL encryption. THE BRAND COLLECTOR SAS does not store Customers’ full payment card details.
ARTICLE 7 – Delivery
7.1 Delivery Areas
Orders are delivered within the European Union and to selected international destinations.
7.2 Delivery Times (Indicative)
France: 2–4 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
International: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are indicative and begin from order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
7.3 Delivery Costs
Delivery fees are calculated and displayed prior to order confirmation.
7.4 Transfer of Risk
Ownership of the products transfers to the Customer only after full payment. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon physical delivery of the products.
7.5 Delivery Issues
In case of visible damage upon delivery, the Customer must make written reservations with the carrier and notify hello@thecarousel.club within 48 hours.
ARTICLE 8 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing justification.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify THE BRAND COLLECTOR SAS by email at hello@thecarousel.club.
Returned products must:
Be in their original condition;
Be complete (packaging, dust bags, certificates, authenticity tags);
Show no signs of wear or use.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of error or defect attributable to THE BRAND COLLECTOR SAS.
ARTICLE 9 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Personalised or modified products;
Products unsealed or used after delivery;
Digital products or gift cards.
ARTICLE 10 – Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.
If the returned product does not comply with the conditions set out above, THE BRAND COLLECTOR SAS reserves the right to refuse or partially reduce the refund.
ARTICLE 11 – Authenticity Guarantee
All products sold are authenticated by qualified professionals.
Any removal or alteration of authenticity seals or documentation voids the right of withdrawal and refund.
ARTICLE 12 – Liability
THE BRAND COLLECTOR SAS shall not be held liable for indirect damages or for delays resulting from events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure, carrier delays, customs inspections).
Nothing in these CGV limits statutory consumer rights.
ARTICLE 13 – Legal Warranties
Products benefit from:
The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code);
The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Claims must be sent to hello@thecarousel.club with proof of purchase.
ARTICLE 14 – Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
ARTICLE 15 – Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 16 – Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These CGV are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the Customer is invited to contact hello@thecarousel.club to seek an amicable solution.
The Customer may also:
Use a consumer mediation service in accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code;
Submit a complaint via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
